Details: Cocktail hour (cash bar) Deluxe Hors d`oeuvres, salad, entree, dessert. Oven caramelized chicken Flame broiled North Atlantic Salmon Thyme marinated Filet Mignon Nostalgic trip into the past, and music for dancing and listening by Ed Rocks.
